Art vs Artist 2025

I am absolutely late to the game on this one. Art vs artist is typically posted at the end of December… but I have been busy. It’s better late than never.

As I had mentioned on an earlier post, this past year have been rough in terms of quantity of work. The quality had stayed steady… with quite a few improvements in some areas… but overall the amount of work I had accomplished was slightly disappointing. The ongoing sentiment is that I wish I have more time for all that I want to accomplish.

But hey… there’s next year! I can fine tune my workflows and schedules… as well as continue to try and improve on things I have started a year and a half ago. I need to improve my 3D workflows as well as continue focusing on my character work. I have attempted to do more environments… those illustrations were all a dud. But again, like I mentioned, 2026 could be the year I could improve on it.

Anyways, here’s to another year of growth!
